Morrisburg Courthouse Directions, Parking & Setup

The Morrisburg courthouse is a satellite of the main Ontario Court of Justice (Provincial Court) for Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry located in Cornwall. The courthouse serves cases originating in South Dundas County, which stretches west of Cornwall and stops at the Leeds Grenville border before Brockville. The courthouse is less busy than the other satellite Alexandria courthouse which serves two counties instead of the one county served by Morrisburg. 

Ontario Court of Justice criminal cases and provincial offences appear here for remands and trials. Occasionally a case out of Cornwall not originating in South Dundas may be tried here because of lack of courtroom space in Cornwall. 

The courthouse is located very near to the Highway 401. Take Exit 750 for Hwy 31 south. The courthouse on 5th Street West is on the right just after the Hwy 2/Hwy 31 major crossroads. 

Entering the courthouse from the front, the courtroom is located down a hall to the left.
